综合护理干预对生育期癫痫女性妊娠结局及生活质量的影响及依从性观察

Influence and compliance of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome and quality of life of pregnant women with epilepsy in reproductive period

目的探索综合护理干预应用于生育期癫痫女性孕产妇孕期对于改善妊娠结局、生活质量以及提高治疗依从性的作用。方法选择2015年1月~2017年6月我院收治的生育期癫痫产妇80例,采用电脑随机数字表法将80例产妇分成两组,对照组孕产妇给予常规分娩护理管理,观察组给予围生期综合护理干预措施,对比两组的妊娠结局、生活质量评分和孕期的治疗依从性。结果观察组产妇产后并发症发生率和新生儿并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后6周的生活质量评分高于对照组,且治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预的应用有利于改善癫痫产妇的妊娠结局,减少并发症发生,提高产妇的治疗依从性以及产后生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pregnancy outcome,quality of life and the treatment compliance of pregnant women with epilepsy. Methods From January 2015 to June 2017,80 pregnant women with childbearing epilepsy were selected and divided into two groups by computer random list method.The control group was given routine delivery nursing management.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention during perinatal period.The pregnancy outcome,quality of life score and therapeutic compliance during pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postpartum complications and the incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The quality of life of 6 weeks postpartum in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the treatment compliance was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to improve pregnancy outcome,reduce complications,improve treatment compliance and postpartum quality of life of epileptic parturient.
