护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者抑郁情绪及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on depression and sleep quality of patients with chronic bronchitis

目的探讨护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者抑郁情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年2月期间收治的89例慢性支气管炎患者按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,对照组44例行住院常规护理,观察组45例在常规护理的基础上实施护理干预措施,对比两组患者干预前后抑郁情绪及睡眠质量的差异。结果入院时两组患者HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院当天及出院1个月后,观察组患者HAMD评分均低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组睡眠质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组睡眠质量各项指标评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对临床各项护理工作的满意度评价均优于同期对照组,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预的实施可明显减轻慢性支气管炎患者的负性情绪,改善患者睡眠质量,对促进患者全面康复具有重要意义,值得推广。

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on depression and sleep quality of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods 89 patients with chronic bronchitis treated from January 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into control group（44 cases） and observation group（45 cases） according to the number of admission to the hospital.The patients of control group were treated with the conventional nursing care,on the basis,the patients of observation group were treated with the nursing interventions.The differences of depression and sleep quality between the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results There was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups at admission（P〈0.05）.The day and after 1 m of discharge from hospital,the HAMD score of observation group were significantly lower than control group at the same time（P〈0.05）;Before intervention,the sleeping quality score of two groups were not significantly different（P〈0.05）;After intervention,the sleeping quality score of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction degree of the observation group was better than that of control group at the same time,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic bronchitis,the nursing interventions can greatly relieve the negative emotions,improve the sleeping quality and it is of great significance to promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of the patients.It is worth popularizing.
