封闭负压引流配合植皮、皮瓣移植治疗骨科创伤感染创面的临床疗效分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨封闭负压引流配合植皮、皮瓣移植治疗骨科创伤感染创面的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月~2016年12月于我院住院治疗的骨科创伤感染创面患者80例。入选患者依据随机数表法随机分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组对创面彻底清创,常规换药,研究组采取封闭负压引流配合植皮、皮瓣移植治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效、两组的创面愈合时间、换药次数及住院时间。结果研究组治疗后的总有效率达90.0%,明显高于对照组总有效率的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的创面愈合时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,换药次数明显少于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封闭负压引流配合植皮、皮瓣移植治疗骨科创伤感染创面疗效确切,操作简单、换药次数少、创面愈合快,值得广泛推广和应用。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of closed negative pressure drainage combined with skin grafting and skin flap transplantation in the treatment. Methods Eighty cases with wounds from orthopaedic wounds hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selectecl.The selected patients were randomly divided into study group(n=40) and control group(n=40) according to the random number table method.The control group completely debrided wounds and routinely changed the dressing.The study group used closed negative pressure drainage combined with skin grafts and flaps.Transplantation therapy was used to compare the efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment,the wound healing time,the number of dressing changes,and the length of stay in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 70%,and the difference between the groups was significant(P〈0.05).The wound healing time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the frequency of dressing change was significantly less than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Closed pressure drainage combined with skin grafting and flap grafting is effective in the treatment of wound infections in orthopedic wounds. The operation is simple, the number of dressing changes is small, and the wounds heal quickly. It is worthy of widespread promotion and application
