摘要
"双一流"建设是当下我国高等教育改革与发展的国家战略,是推动我国从高等教育大国向高等教育强国跨越的关键。"双一流"建设中的行政主导情结、科研导向情结、量化绩效情结及符号崇拜情结会在一定意义上影响"双一流"建设的开展。理性审思"双一流"建设中的上述情结,构建基于三元治理结构的新型现代大学制度,促使科研与教学、社会服务及文化传承和谐共生,形成基于人性的新型高等教育价值观,并结合各级院校的实际,淡化身份符号,走内涵式特色发展之路,是统筹推进"双一流"建设的路径。
The "Double First-Class" University Project is the national strategy for the reform and development of higher education in China, and is the key to promoting China's leap from a big country of higher education to a high- er-education power. In the "Double First-Class" University Project such complexes as administrative leading, research oriented, quantitative performance and symbol worship would affect the development of the project in a certain sense. It is the way to advancing the "Double First-Class" University Project to think rationally of the above complexes in the project, construct a new modem university system based on ternary administration structure, promote the harmo- nious symbiosis between scientific research and teaching, social service and cultural inheritance, form a new higher-e- ducation value based on human nature, and take the way of connotative characteristic development by combining the realities of various colleges and weakening the identity symbol.
