高校哲学社会科学在取得重大成就的同时,也面临着一系列亟待解决的瓶颈性难题。高校哲学社会科学的作用没有得到充分发挥,既有认识上的遮蔽和观念上的错位,也有待遇上的偏差。为了促进高校哲学社会科学事业的持续进步,要求在理论上深刻认识哲学社会科学的价值,在实践中加大经费投入,重视人才队伍建设,充分彰显哲学社会科学的智库作用。

Philosophy and social sciences in universities have made great achievements but they are also faced with a series of bottlenecks that need to be solved urgently. The role of philosophy and social science in universities has not been brought into full play, which has been caused by both the concealment of cognition and the misplacement of ideas, as well as the deviation of treatment. To promote the continuous progress of philosophy and social science in universities, we should understand the value of philosophy and social science profoundly in theory, and increase the investment of funds in practice, pay more attention to the cultivation of professionals and fully demonstrate the function of the think tank of philosophy and social science.
