摘要
随着创新创业教育开展高潮的来临,创业教师培训日益受到许多高校的重视。当前,高校创业教师培训在理论与实践两方面都遭遇了困境。基于建构主义理论,高校创业教师培训应树立以参训教师为本的培训理念,确立可持续发展的培训目标,改革原有的课程设置,采取多样化的培训方式和混合型的评价方法等。
With the coming of the climax of innovation and entrepreneurship education, more and more universities have attached importance to the training of entrepreneurial teachers. At present, the training of entrepreneurial teachers has met with difficulties in two aspects of both theory and reality. Based on the constructivism theory in the training of entrepreneurial teachers, we should set up the learner-based training concept and the goal of sustainable development, reform the curriculum setting and adopt the diversified training methods and the mixed evaluation methods.
