摘要
盈利型企业在中职示范校内涵建设和评估中所发挥的作用甚微,并引发了背离国家建设示范校的初衷,不能在内涵建设上起到显著的改革成效以及不会切实进行资金投入等问题。这些问题的产生主要由部分示范校领导自律性差、项目管理经验不足等原因引起。中职示范校解决其内涵建设和评估治理中存在的问题,应孕育专业化的教育评估机构,认证专业化的教育评估人才,加强政府监督,深化政府职能改革。
The profited enterprises have such problems as the little role they play in the connotative construction and evaluative management of secondary vocational model schools, cause the deviation from the original intention of building model schools, fail to play a significant reform effect in the connotative construction and will not effectively carry out the fund investment. These problems are mainly caused by poor self-discipline of the leaders in some model schools and lack of their experience in project management. Therefore, to solve the problems in the connotative con- struction and evaluative management, the secondary vocational model schools should give birth to the specialized edu- cation evaluation institutions, authenticate the professional education assessment personnel, strengthen the government supervision and deepen the reform of government functions.
