铜-镍复合聚丙烯腈导电长丝的制备及其结构性能研究(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 选用聚丙烯腈(PAN)长丝作为有机基体,采用铜镍复配络合的方式,分别以一步法和二步法制备铜-镍复合PAN导电长丝,研究了导电长丝制备的最佳工艺条件及其结构与性能。结果表明:采用二步法制备的铜-镍复合PAN导电长丝(简称PAN-Cu@Ni导电长丝)的导电性能比一步法制备的要好;最佳制备工艺条件为CuSO_4质量浓度15 g/L,NiSO_4质量浓度2 g/L,pH值为3,浸渍温度85℃,浸渍时间30 min,在此条件下制得PAN-Cu@Ni导电长丝的电阻率为0.226Ω·cm,导电层致密均匀,在空气中放置180 d,电阻率几乎无变化,耐皂洗较好。 Polyacrylonitrile( PAN) filaments were selected as the organic substrate to prepare Copper-and-nickel( Cu-Ni)coated PAN conductive filaments through one-step and two-step methods based on the complexation effect between metal ions and PAN filaments. The optimum process conditions and the structure and properties of the obtained conductive filament were studied. The results showed that the Cu-Ni coated PAN filament prepared through two-step method( referred to as PAN-Cu@Ni conductive filaments) was better in the conductivity than that prepared through one-step method( referred to as PAN-Cu/Ni conductive filaments); the obtained PAN-Cu@ Ni conductive filaments had a densed and uniform conductive layer with the resistivity of 0. 226 Ω·cm when the process conditions were optimized as follows: 15 g/L Cu SO4 and 2 g/L Ni SO4 by mass concentration,p H value 3,dipping temperature 85 ℃,dipping time 30 min,the conductive filament had the resistivity almost unchanged and good soaping-resistance while exposing in air for 180 d.
