摘要
从电力拖动技术、逻辑程序控制技术、管柱自动化技术、网电及直驱传动技术和司钻远程集中操作技术等方面阐述了目前国内石油钻机控制系统在自动化、智能化和信息化方面的技术现状。对照国外钻机新技术发展对控制系统的新功能要求,提出了国内钻机存在的融合集成化水平不高、"软扭矩"等核心技术掌握不深入、信息化程度有待提升以及管柱自动化装备原始创新不足等问题。最后,结合未来钻井作业对石油钻机高效和智能等趋势要求,提出了加快管柱自动化装备创新研究、开展钻井专家优化系统研究及建立大数据故障诊断系统等后续发展建议。
The status of automation,intelligentization and informatization of domestic drilling rig control system is introduced,from the aspect of electric drive technology,logic program control technology,pipe handling automation technology,network power and direct drive transmission technology,and driller remote centralized operation technology. Based on the new functional requirements for control system due to the development of foreign new drilling rig technology,the problems of domestic drilling rig like low integration level,un-mastered core technologies such as"soft torque",low informatization degree,and inadequate original innovation of pipe handling automation equipment are proposed. Combined with requirement of the future trend of drilling operations on the efficiency and intelligence of drilling rigs,the development advices have been proposed: accelerating innovation research on pipe handling automation equipment,conducting drilling expert optimization system research and establishing failure diagnosis system based on big data.
