摘要
国外新型水射流径向钻孔技术存在的最大问题是必须进行套管锻铣和扩眼,影响了该技术的作业效率。为此,介绍了国内水力深穿透工具和水射流钻径向孔工具的结构、工作原理和施工工艺,并指出这2种工具在现场作业过程中表现出来的优点和不足。根据实施井例的作业效果可知:国产水射流钻径向孔工具能够满足现场作业要求,对青海油田尕斯区块具有较好的适应性,作业后能够实现油井增产和水井增注。国产水射流钻径向孔作业技术还处于试验阶段,该技术的作业效果与地层条件相关性很大,需要不断摸索选井条件和施工参数,积累生产经验数据,在后期逐步建立标准化的选井模式和施工工艺,以便对该技术进行大规模的推广应用。
The main problem of the new type of water jet radial drilling technology in foreign countries is that casing milling and borehole reaming must be conducted,which affects the operating efficiency. The structure,working principle and operation technology of the domestic hydraulic deep penetrating tool and the water jet radial drilling tool are introduced. The advantages and deficiencies of these two kinds of tools in the field applications are pointed out. According to the operation results in the field applications,the domestic water jet radial drilling tools could meet the on-site operation requirements and showed good adaptability to the Gasi block of the Qinghai Oilfield. Oil well and water injection well treatment could be done after drilling. The domestic water jet radial drilling technology is still in the experimental stage. The operation results of this technology is highly subject to the formation conditions,presenting the necessity to continuously exploration of the well selection and operation parameters,and accumulation experience data,so as to establish a standardized well selection and operation process to promote the large-scale application of the technology.
