摘要 潜油柱塞泵无杆举升技术在应用过程中存在排量范围小、机组可靠性低以及潜油电缆易损坏等问题。为此,对潜油直线电机初级及次级结构进行了耐磨和防腐设计,对加工工艺和初级绕组进行了优化,同时研究应用柔性无感控制技术,以提高潜油柱塞泵机组系统效率,减弱机组运行过程中的振动。室内及现场试验结果表明:优化后的潜油柱塞泵机组不仅系统效率高、举升力大,而且检泵周期大幅延长,2口试验井的检泵周期均超过了1 000 d。随着潜油柱塞泵无杆举升技术的不断完善,其在低产和定向井的应用规模也将不断扩大,对低渗油田经济高效开发具有重要意义。 The rodless lifting technology of submersible plunger pump shows some problems such as limited displacement range,low reliability of the unit and easy-damage of cable. To address the problems,the primary and secondary structures of the submersible linear motor were designed for wear-and corrosion-resistance. The processing technology and primary windings were optimized. The flexible non-inductive control technology was researched and applied to improve the system efficiency of the submersible plunger pump power package and reduce the vibration of the power package in operation. The results of indoor and field tests showed that the optimized submersible plunger pump power package not only has high system efficiency and large lift force,but also has significantly prolonged pump inspection period with both the two test wells exceeding 1 000 days. With the continuous improvement of the rodless lift technology of the submersible plunger pump,its application in low-yield wells and directional wells will continue to expand,which is of great significance for the economical and efficient development of low-permeability oilfields.
