基于无线应力测试的锁环式快开盲板强度分析

摘要 为了对锁环式快开盲板在工作状态下的强度进行准确分析,以某大型天然气过滤器端部的锁环式快开盲板为研究对象,采用数值模拟与试验相结合的分析方式,给出了一种针对锁环式快开盲板的强度分析方法。首先通过有限元分析法获取盲板的应力分布规律,然后根据ASMEⅧ-2标准对结构强度进行评定,最后利用无线应力测试系统对锁环式快开盲板进行测试。将测试应力与有限元模拟应力进行对比分析,验证了有限元模型及其分析结果的有效性。研究方法能够对锁环式快开盲板的应力分布及强度进行有效分析,并能为该结构的设计提供参考。 The lock-ring type quick-open blind plate is a kind of quick open and closing device installed at the end of the pressure vessel or pipeline. To accurately analyze the strength of the device under working condition,the lock-ring type quick-open blind plate at the end of a large natural gas filter is investigated. The analysis method combined with numerical simulation and experiment is used to give a strength analysis method for the blind plate.Firstly,the stress distribution of the lock-ring type quick-open blind plate is obtained using finite element analysis method. Then,the structural strength is evaluated according to the ASME Ⅷ-2 standard. Finally,the wireless stress testing system is used to test the blind plate. The test stress is compared with the finite element simulation result to verify the validity of the finite element model and its analysis results. The research method can be used to effectively analyze the stress distribution and strength of the lock-ring type quick-open blind plate,and can provide reference for the design of the structure.
