摘要
通过文献分析法、多元统计等研究方法,对开放教育教师培训课程中的培训环境、教学设计、教学媒体、培训者和教学方法等进行分析,确定影响培训课程评价的因子,并以柯氏评估模型为依据,对影响因子进行了层级的划分,以不断加强培训课程评价的有效性。同时,给培训工作者提出相关建议,以此不断提升培训效果。
Through the methods of literature analysis and multivariate statistics, this paper analyzes the training environment, teaching design, teaching media, trainers and teaching methods in the training course of open education teachers, and determines the factors that affect the evaluation of training courses.Based on the Kirkpatrick assessment model, the factors are divided into different levels, so as to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the training course evaluation. At the same time, give relevant suggestions to training workers, in order to continuously improve the training effect.
