摘要
开展学科评估是诊断学科建设问题、推进学科建设进程、增强学科核心竞争力的重要举措。当前,全国各地都加快推进了"双一流"建设,但"双一流"建设发展的评估体系还没有构建起来。基于此,构建一流学科建设发展的评估体系势在必行。可以从评估的目的、意义、原则、主体与客体、指标、流程、结果及运用等方面构建区域一流学科评估建设发展的评估框架,对云南高校一流学科建设发展实施持续性评估,为一流学科建设提供有力保障和改进策略,不断促进云南一流学科整体水平。
It is an important measure of diagnosing the questions of discipline construction, promoting the process of discipline construction and improving the core competence of discipline by evaluating the discipline. At present, although all parts of the country have accelerated the construction of "double-class" construction, the "double first-class" construction development evaluation system has not been established.Therefore, it is imperative to construct the evaluation system of Yunnan's first-class discipline construction and development. This paper puts out a basic evaluation framework of regional first-class discipline evaluation construction and development from the purpose, significance, principles, subject and objects,indexes, process, result and application to carry out a sustainable evaluation for first-class discipline construction and development in Yunnan' universities and provide strong guarantees and improvement strategies for the construction of the first-class discipline, and to promote continuously the whole level of the first-class discipline in Yunnan.
