对高职学报编校合一的探讨

Editing-Proofreading Integration of Journals of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职学报多数只设专职编辑而不设置专职校对人员,从而实行编校合一的工作模式,编辑兼任校对。针对高职学报稿源质量不高的问题,提出高职学报编辑应正确处理编辑和校对的关系,全面审读和加工整理作者的稿件,充分发挥编辑自校、作者自校、集体交叉校对和责任编辑校对的优势,提高自身素质和技能,保证高职学报的编校质量。

There are only full-time editors instead of full-time proofreaders in most journals of higher vocational colleges. So the working mode of editing-proofreading integration is implemented, that is, editors work as proofreaders. Aiming at the problem of the poor quality of papers of journals of higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward that editors should correctly handle the relationship between editing and proofreading, comprehensively review and edit the authors＇ manuscripts, give full play to advantages of editor proofreading, author proofreading, cross proofreading and editor-in-charge proofreading, improve their own quality and skills, to ensure the quality of editing and proofreading of journals of higher vocational colleges.
