摘要
在用压力容器长期运行过程中,由于受介质、材质、拉应力等诸多因素共同影响,易产生焊缝表面的应力腐蚀开裂等新生缺陷。故在用压力容器停机开罐检验时,有针对性的对罐内部表面焊缝进行表面无损检测尤为重要,本文着重对表面无损检测的原理、检测重要性以及运用方法进行阐述,使压力容器在运行过程中能够得到有效的安全技术保障。
In the process of long-term operation of pressure vessel, due to the influence of many factors such as medium, material, tensile stress, it is easy to produce new surface defects such as stress corrosion cracking on the surface of weld. Therefore, when the pressure vessel is shut down and opened for inspection, it is particularly important to carry out surface nondestructive testing on the welding seam on inner surface of the vessel. This paper focuses on the principle, importance and application methods of surface nondestructive testing, so that the pressure vessel can get effective safety and technical support in the process of operation.
