针对现阶段的化工企业而言,化工生产过程一般情况下的危险性较为突出,其化工安全问题一直是化工企业生产管理过程中所重视的要点方面。为了能够有效防范并能及时解决化工企业生产过程中的安全性能所涉及的问题,就需要在化工企业中应用安全评价方法,作为其中一项重要的技术手段,促进化工生产的安全性。基于此,本文结合乙炔气生产企业关于化工安全评价方法进行实例分析,以便能够更好地为相关的化工项目的生产及其实施带来一定参考价值。

In terms of the chemical enterprises at present, the risk of chemical production process in general is prominent, and the safety problems of chemical industry has always been the key point in the process of production and management of chemical enterprises. In order to effectively prevent and solve the problems involved in the safety performance in the production process of chemical enterprises, it is necessary to apply the safety evaluation method in the chemical enterprises, and to promote the safety of chemical production as one of the important technical means. Based on this, this paper makes an case analysis on the chemical safety evaluation method of the acetylene production enterprise, so as to bring a certain reference value for a better production and implementation of the related chemical project.
