Benzo-18-crown-6 ether is one of the most important compounds in crown ethers. The synthesis of it is reported, and the reaction process is simple, but the separation and purification is very difficult. Starting with the reaction, this paper studies a simple and feasible synthesis method which can get high yield and high purity products.
