流动注射-水杨酸分光光度法测定海水中氨的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 氨是海水中营养盐最重要的检验项目之一,测量方法主要是靛酚蓝分光光度法;该方法稳定性较差,显色时间较长,利用流动注射-水杨酸分光光度法测定海水的氨氮,分析样品测量较快,显色稳定,通过实验室基础实验来看,方法检出线、曲线相关系数>0.9995、准确度、精密度均能满足方法的要求;同时不用通过手工来分析,可以节省人手。 Ammonia is one of the most important test items of nutrients in seawater, and the main measurement method is indophenol blue spectrophotometry. The method is poor in stability and long in color development time. Using the flow injection-salicylic acid spectrophotometry to determine ammonia nitrogen in seawater, the analytical samples can be measured quickly and color developed stably. According to the basic experiment in laboratory, the correlation coefficient of detection line and curve of the method was greater than 0.9995, and the accuracy and precision could meet the requirements of the method. At the same time, the manual analysis is not needed, and manpower can be saved.
