摘要 教练员的主要工作任务是选材、训练、比赛和管理教育。选材是组建队伍、培育人才的先决条件;训练是提高技术水平、取得成绩、培养人才的主要途径;比赛是检验训练水平、反映运动成绩、彰显人才成就的平台;管理教育是卓有成效地完成上述各项任务的有力保证。教练员要圆满完成上述任务,必须有高度责任感和敬业精神,兢兢业业,辛勤劳动,在各种繁杂的工作中,处理好各种关系,诸如传技与育人、言传与身教、教与学、严与爱、全面与特长、技能与智能、硬实力与软实力、训练与比赛、主力与替补、教练员与媒体等。 The main tasks of coaches are: talent selection,training,joining contest and education. Talent selection is the prerequisite for setting up a team and developing talents. Training is a main method to enhance technical competencies,achieve results and foster talents. Joining contest is a platform to test training level,deliver technical competencies,and show achievements of talents. Education is a powerful guarantee to ensure a successful accomplishment of all the above tasks. In order to successfully accomplish the said tasks,coaches shall have a high sense of responsibility and dedication,stay conscientious and diligent. Under various kinds of complicated work,coaches shall be capable to handle all kinds of relationships,such as: teach professional technique as well as conduct in society,educate by words and influence by deeds,teach and learn,strict and care,generalist and specialist,skills and intelligence,hard and soft power,training and contest,main force and bench substitute,coaches and media management.
