背腧针配体针与单纯体针治疗脑血管病后遗症160例疗效观察

Observation on 160 Cases Sequela of Cerebral Thromosis Treated Respectively by Needling Back-Shu Points in Combination with Body Acupuncture or Body Acupuncture Alone

背腧针实际是指针刺督脉和膀胱经穴位。用背腧针治疗脑血管病后遗症是从吾父医案中整理出来的,笔者近年来应用临床,获得较单纯体针更高的治愈率。现报道如下。一般资料笔者将160例患者平均分为两组。

Needling Back-shu points(those of urinarybladder meridian lateral to 5th,6th and 7th cervicalvertebrae and 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th lumbar verte-brae on the affected side)with the tip of the need-le thrusted 0.5 to 0.8 sun toward the vertebra iscombined with body acupuncture in Jianyu,Quchi,Waiguan,Hegu,Huantiao,Fengshi,Yanglingquanand Juegu to treat 80 cases with sequela of cerebralthrombosis.The other 80 cases of the same conditionare treated with body acupuncture alone for com-parison.The result is:in the treated group,57cases were cured,18 were notably effective,and 5were improved,so the total effective rate was 100per cent;while the controlled group,45 were curedand 4 even failed.Apparently,the treated groupobtained better effect with less treatment.
