摘要 结核病(tuberculosis,TB)是由结核分枝杆菌(mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)引起的一种慢性致死性疾病,目前是全世界十大致死疾病之一。近些年来,由于抗结核药物的大量使用,抗结核作用位点的突变,艾滋病和结核耐药菌株的出现等原因,抗结核治疗面临严峻挑战。
