高校大学生创业能力评价研究

A Study on the Assessment of Entrepreneurship Competence of University Students

当前很多高校在人才培养方面缺乏对学生独立思考、主动钻研等方面的训练,创业教育存在诸多问题,学生的创新意识不强,缺乏创业能力。运用权值因子分析法确定大学生创业整体能力各项指标的权重,并设计问卷。对某所高校不同专业学生的问卷调查显示,高校大学生创业能力水平普遍不高,尤其是缺乏创业实践能力。

Many problems have been found in talent cultivation of lots of universities,e.g. very few of them offer necessary training programs on independent thinking and initiative research; and many students fail to develop strong awareness of innovation and lack in entrepreneurship capability as a result. In this study,the weight factor analysis method was adopted to determine the weight of each index of a university student ＇s thorough entrepreneurship competence in a questionnaire survey on the students from different specialties in a university, the result of which shows that most of them are not satisfactory in entrepreneurship competence,esp. in practical ability in business starting-up.
