It is known that the Communist Part of China has never stopped the exploration of the change of China＇s major social contradiction according to the changes of situation in different developmental stages since 1949. Since CPC has made important judgment on the issue in the new age,a correct understanding and analysis on the problem has to be based on an insight into the continuity and multi-stage feature of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.
