乳腺原发性鳞状细胞癌的现状及诊疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 最常见的乳腺癌是浸润性导管癌,占乳腺癌的80%,剩下的20%包括浸润性小叶和单纯或联合类型如乳腺鳞状细胞癌。乳腺原发性鳞状细胞癌是乳腺癌中极其罕见的类型,仅占全部乳腺癌的0.1%,以中老年妇女多见,发病年龄与其他的乳腺癌亚型相似。妊娠期乳腺原发鳞状细胞癌更为罕见,国内外仅偶见个案报道^（[3]）。乳腺原发性鳞状细胞癌是一种化生性乳腺癌,在临床上常表现为囊实性或实性肿块.
