车用涡轮增压器瞬态性能实验装置设计与分析

摘要 设计一种瞬态性能实验装置来模拟发动机实际工作压力波形.通过改变瞬态性能实验装置的通流截面积,来获得不同的脉冲压力波.对实验装置进行结构设计,重点设计装置通道形状,通过仿真分析得到装置的出口压力波形,最后进行装置试制和试验验证.试验结果表明,设计的瞬态性能实验装置可以很好地模拟发动机的不同排气压力波形,对涡轮增压器的瞬态特性分析有一定参考价值. This paper designs a transient performance experimental device to simulate the actual working pressure waveform of the engine. Different pressure waveforms are obtained through changing the flow cross-sectional area of the transient performance experimental device. The structure of the experimental device is designed and the shape of the device channel is mainly concerned. The outlet pressure waveform of the device is obtained with the method of simulation analysis. Experiment is carried out to test the designed device,and the experimental results show that the device can simulate the different exhaust pressure waveforms of the engine well. The work to the paper has some reference value for the turbocharger transient characteristic analyzing.
