摘要
针对高速公路超限检测的需求,设计了一套超载车辆动态检测仪。检测仪由数据采集卡和上位机软件组成。采集卡以单片机MSP430F6736为核心进行数据的采集,功耗小、成本低;上位机Windows应用程序使用C++为开发语言,以Visual Studio 2013作为开发工具,Microsoft Access作为数据库管理工具,实现了数据的接收、处理、显示和通信存储功能。在称重信号经数字滤波的基础上,结合车速和轴数的计算,形成动态称重算法,实现不同速度下车辆载重的准确测量。经过实际测试,该仪器采集数据准确,使用效果良好,检测值与实际值间的误差在5%以下,基本符合超限检测要求。
In view of the requirement of superhighway overrun detection,a set of dynamic testing instrument for overloaded vehicle is designed. The detector is composed of the data acquisition card and the upper computer software.The acquisition card takes the MCU MSP430 F6736 as the core to collect the data,and the power consumption is small and the cost is low. The host computer Windows application program uses C++ as the development language,takes Visual Studio 2013 as the development tool,Microsoft Access as the database management tool,realizes the data receiving,processing,displaying and communicating storage function. On the basis of the weighing signal through digital filtering,the dynamic weighing algorithm is formed by combining the calculation of the speed and the number of axes to realize the accurate measurement of the vehicle load at different speeds. After the actual test,the instrument collected data accurately,the use effect is good,the error between the detection value and the actual value is less than 5%,which basically meets the requirements of the ultra limited detection.
