摘要
本文针对机车轮对正反压机提出一种基于西门子S7-200可编程控制器(PLC)与昆仑通态组态软件(MCGS)的新型控制方法。试验表明该方法操作简单,自动化程度高、人机界面友好、可靠性强、具有较高的性价比。
In this paper, a new control method based on S7-200 programmable logic controller (PLC) and MCGS configuration software is proposed for the positive and negative pressure machine of locomotive wheelset. Experiment results show that the method is easy to operation with high automation, man-machine interface friendly,high reliability and high cost effective.
