针对电能计量装置在接线检查或周首检工作中经常遇到无负荷电流的难题,提出制作电容器负载箱来产生电容电流的解决方案,并介绍电容器及主要元器件参数的选择,以及便携式电容器负载箱的研制与测试。。

According to the problem that there is no load current in the electric energy metering device in the connection inspection or the first week inspection,the solution of making the capacitor loda box to produce capacitor current was proposed. The selection of capacitor and main components sa well as the development and test of portable capacitor load box were introduced.
