摘要
贫混凝土基层采用振动成型施工,易造成基层平整度不佳。提出一种免碾压贫混凝土基层,可有效保证基层的稳定性和平整度,同时可减少施工机械和施工工序及周期,改善施工环境。通过对免碾压贫混凝土的强度试验、干缩试验、抗冻试验以及疲劳试验研究,表明其具有较好的强度特性、收缩性能、抗冻性能及疲劳性能。
Lean concrete base with vibration compaction construction,easy to cause the smoothness of base is poor.It proposes a kind of compaction-free lean concrete base,the smoothness and stability of the base can be ensured by using compaction-free lean concrete base.Meanwhile,the construction machinery and construction cycle can be reduced and the construction environment can be improved.Through the study on the strength test,dry shrinkage test,frost resistance test and fatigue test of compaction-free lean concrete.The test shows that it has better strength,shrinkage,frost resistance and fatigue properties.
