环氧树脂改性橡胶粉砂浆力学性能的正交试验分析 被引量:3

摘要 系统研究环氧树脂对40、80目橡胶粉砂浆力学性能和韧性的改性研究。利用正交方法设计不同水平组合的试验方案,通过抗压强度、抗折强度和抗拉强度试验获取数据样本,利用极差分析和方差分析得到各影响因素的影响程度极其对砂浆力学性能影响的显著性及影响趋势。结果表明:橡胶粉替代细砂降低砂浆的力学性能且粒径越细强度下降越多;环氧树脂能明显改善橡胶粉砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度;橡胶粉和环氧树脂对改善砂浆韧性效果显著。 The modification research of epoxy resin is done for understanding the mechanical property and toughness of mortar which contains 40 mesh and 80 mesh waste tire rubber powder.The different experiment schemes of parameter combination are obtained by orthogonal design and the data sample are acquired through the tests of compressive strength,bending strength and tensile strength,ultimately getting the influence degree of all the influence factors,significance determination and influencing trend of the factors which affect the mechanical property of mortar that using difference analysis and variance analysis.The results shows that the mechanical properties of mortar are reduce when rubber powder is using to instead of sand,and the finer of rubber powder particle size the lower of strength.The compressive strength,bending strength of rubber powder mortar are improved obviously by adding epoxy resin.The toughness of mortar is improved significantly by adding rubber powder and epoxy resin.
