摘要
针对人口老龄化加剧不断暴露出的"代际冲突"、"代际大战"等问题,以及数字时代出生者和非数字时代出生者之间的代际鸿沟等问题,通过详细分析国外代际学习理论基础、协作共享空间类型及3P(产品-项目-政策)实践,提出了代际学习项目的实施基础,并以老年人与大学生作为案例,构建符合我国国情的可行性代际学习项目模式。研究结果表明:代际学习项目模式的开展需要相关理论的指导,与研究群体(代际群体)、开展目的、协作共享空间、开展的形式、资金来源及监督、政策支持等核心要素紧密相关。通过研究,以期从理论及实践维度,为我国代际学习项目模式的构建与开展提供参考,对"互联网+"环境下代际产品的设计、政府相关养老、教育部门代际类培训、信息素养提升等,产生实际指导价值。
As the population ages continuously exposed the "generational conflicts", "generational war" as well as the generational divide between those born in the digital age and those born in the non-digital age. This paper first traces theory of generation of learning and extracts the main types of collaborative sharing space, and summarizes from three perspectives(3 p)including the products, projects and policies relating to intergenerational learning. The results show that the project model of the intergenerational learning needs the guidance of relevant theories, and is closely related to the research groups(intergenerational groups), the purpose, collaboration, sharing space, funding sources and supervision, policy support and so on. Based on the above analysis results,the paper puts forward to the implement foundation of intergenerational learning. And then builds the feasibility of domestic intergen-erational learning model based on the cases of the elderly and college students. The research has a reference significance on the de-sign of intergenerational products, the intergenerational training of education departments and the promotion of information literacy.
