宁夏高等职业院校学生人文精神的培养路径

The Training Approach of Humanistic Spirit of the Students in Ningxia Higher Vocational Colleges

人应该如何生活,人之为人的价值是什么,这是人文精神的核心内容。人文精神是教育的灵魂,决定着教育的使命、目标。当下,教育的诸多问题均缘于人文精神的失落,特别是高等职业院校学生的人文精神严重缺失的情势令人担忧。人文精神培养是当前普通高校,尤其是高等职业院校大学生教育改革中的重点内容和人才培养发展方向。文章就宁夏高等职业院校学生人文精神缺失原因进行分析研究并提出有效的培养路径与方法。

The core of humanistic spirit was how to live and how to comply the values of human beings.Humanistic spirit was the soul of education, which determined the mission and goal of education. The main problems in education were due to the loss of humanistic spirit, especially serious absence of humanism in higher vocational college students. The cultivation of humanistic spirit was the major content and the direction of personnel training and development in the current college students＇ education reform in ordinary universities, especially in higher vocational colleges. This article analyzed the current causes on the loss of human spirit in higher vocational colleges, and put forward effective ways and methods to solve this problem.
