An Analysis of the Melody on Folk Songs in the South of Ningxia

宁夏南部有着丰富的民间音乐,小调是其中之一,研究小调音乐的目的之一是为其保护和传承提供理论依据。文章重点探究宁夏南部汉族108首一般小调、社火调和风俗调的旋律特征,通过对比、归纳等方法,研究旋律的起腔、展开、高潮、节奏、煞尾方式。

There was rich folk culture in the south of Ningxia, and folk tune was one of them. One of the aims of studying the music was to provide a theoretical basis for protection and inheritance of folk tune. This paper focused on exploring the melody characteristics of 108 Han folk songs in the southern part of Ningxia,and summarized the characteristics of the melody, including initiation, development, climax, rhythm, and end.The melody and debug of the southern part of Ningxia reflected the local folk music style there.
