航空活塞二冲程汽油机可变排气阀控制策略研究

摘要 采用可变排气阀结构设计可以改善某航空活塞二冲程汽油机在不同工况条件下的性能,然而,可变排气阀的开启策略对发动机动力性能和经济性能有很大影响。通过实验研究了排气阀的控制策略对汽油机性能的影响规律,提出了可变排气阀控制策略的优化途径,并通过仿真进行了验证。结果表明,优化后的控制策略可实现改善该汽油机性能的目标。 In order to improve the performance of an aviation piston two-stroke gasoline engine under different conditions,a variable exhaust valve is applied.It is proved that its opening strategy has direct impacts on the engine's dynamic and economic performance.The influence of the exhaust valve control strategy is studied by means of experimental research and simulation calculation,and the approach for the optimization of the valve control strategy is put forward and verified in the way of simulation.The results show that the performance of the gasoline engine can be improved through optimizing the control strategy of the variable exhaust valve.
