摘要
某型发动机外厂维护时,出现了滑油金属元素超标故障。从故障件的损伤特征、基本尺寸、金相组织、装配工艺和理化检测等方面进行了研究,分析了轴承的故障产生机理.有针对性地提出了预防和改进措施,避免了此类故障的再次产生,提高了发动机的使用可靠性。
When a certain engine is being maintained outside the factory,there is a malfunction of excessive metal elements.The bearing is studied for damage characteristics,basic dimensions,metallographic structure,assembly process and physical and chemical detection of failure parts.The mechanism of failure is analyzed.The prevention and improvement measures are put forward to avoid the recurrence of this kind of faults and improve the reliability of the engine.
