摘要
某型飞机在进行机体定检工作过程中,当地面通电时,升降舵离合器出现无法正常断开现象,手动使离合器断开后,离合器工作正常。针对该故障现象,对离合器的结构及工作原理进行分析,通过厂内试验及外场数据确定了故障原因,并提出了改进电磁铁,增大电磁铁吸力的解决措施,同时对改进后方案进行了试验验证,措施有效。
During the airframe inspection of a certain type of aircraft,it is discovered that the elevator clutch cannot be disconnected in the case of ground electrification;after disconnected manually,the clutch starts to work normally.To solve the failure,this paper analyzes the structure and working principle of the clutch,finds out the causes of the failure through plant tests and outfield data,and suggests the measure of increasing the electromagnet suction of electromagnet.At last,tests are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the solution.
