摘要
针对公差实验中因学生仪器使用方式及读数精度对误差产生和仪表损坏的影响,结合UG强大的建模特征及分析能力,提出基于UG的虚拟仿真实验研究,对长度测量所使用的常用仪器、被测零件进行探究,求解相关物理模型,采用UG中的仿真模块对长度测量进行仿真分析,并对仿真结果进行后处理,模拟长度测量的实验过程,达到对学生实验引导及直观认识的目的。仿真实验表明:采用基于UG软件长度测量的虚拟实验,学生既可轻松掌握具体的实验步骤,亦可对测量仪器的量具结构和操作机理具有更高的认识。
Directed at the influence of instrument-using way and reading precision on error generation and instrument damage in tolerance experiments,the virtual simulation experiment based on UG is brought forth according to the strong modeling characteristics and analyzing capability of UG in the expectation of studying the instruments commonly used in length measurement and tested parts,and solving relevant physical models.Simulation models in UG are employed to simulate and analyze length measurement,simulation results post-processed,and length measurements simulated,so as to guide students in experiments.The results show that via virtual experiments of length measurement based on UG software,students can not only easily grasp the concrete procedures of experiments,but also have a better understanding of the structure and operating mechanism of measuring instruments.
