Chemical Component Analysis of Mongolian Medicine Compound Xieri GA-4(Ⅱ)

采用现代化分离方法和分析技术鉴定蒙药复方协日嘎四味有效部位中化合物的结构,共得到11个化合物,为8-异戊二烯基山奈酚(1)、山奈酚-4’-甲醚(2)、高良姜素(3)、高良姜素-3-甲醚(4)、β-胡萝卜苷(5)、小檗碱(6)、姜黄素(7)、去甲氧基姜黄素(8)、双去甲氧基姜黄素(9)、山奈酚(10)和丁香酚(11).化合物(1-5)以及(10)、(11)均为首次从该复方中分离得到.

A number of modern separation methods and analytical techniques were used to identify the compounds in Mongolian medicine Xieri GA-4.Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as 8-prenylkaemp-ferol（1）,kaempferide-4′-methylether（2）,galangin（3）,galangin-3-methylether（4）,β-daucosterol（5）,berberine hydrochloride（6）,curcumin（7）,demethoxycurcumin（8）,bisdemethoxy curcumin（9）,kaempferol（10）,and eugenol（11）.The compounds（1-5）（10）and（11）are extracted from the Mongolian medicine Xieri GA-4 for the first time.
