摘要
研究蒙药古日古木-13(以下简称古-13)对大鼠酒精性神经损伤(alcohol-induced nerve injury,ANI)的影响.将40只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、古-13高、中、低剂量组.对大鼠用酒精灌胃24周建立神经损伤模型.检测药物对神经损伤相关因子、递质水平和病理形态的影响.结果古-13可减轻齿状回细胞损伤,对血清及脑组织中TNF-α和IL-6有明显抑制作用,对神经营养相关因子BDNF、NGF、bFGF和递质5-HT水平无明显影响,古-13高剂量组显著提高脑组织中ACh水平,说明古-13对大鼠ANI脑组织有一定的保护作用.
The aim of the study was to evaluate the effects of Mongolian traditional medicine Gurigumu-13(G-13)on alcohol induced nerve injury rats.Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups,which where control group,model group and high,middle and low dose of G-13 treated groups.The nerve injury rat model was established through intragastric fed of alcohol for 24 weeks.The effect of G-13 on nerve injury related factors,neurotransmitter level and pathomorphological changes were evaluated.The results showed that,G-13 treatment reduced the damage of dentate cell and the TNF-αand IL-6 levels in serum and brain tissues.However,the levels of neurotrophic factors,including brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),nerve growth factor(NGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and the neurotransmitter 5-HT,were not affected.The Ach in the brain tissue of high G-13 treated rats significantly increased,indicating G-13 had protection effect on rat ANI brain tissue.
