摘要 针对国内应急救援用支护装备普遍存在不具备煤矿安全资质、体积大、操作复杂等问题,设计了一套安全、便携的新型矿用救援轻型快速成套支护装备,介绍了该成套支护装备的总体结构和相关技术特点,对成套支护装备的液压支柱和支柱的自锁装置等关键结构进行了介绍。通过样机测试和国家安全生产矿用设备检测检验中心的安全与性能检验结果表明,该支护装备的各项性能满足设计要求,符合国家煤矿安全标准的相关规定。 The supporting equipment used for domestic emergency rescue had many problems,such as large size,complex operation and lack of qualification of coal mine safety,aiming at these problems,a new set of safe,portable,light and fast complete supporting equipment for mine rescue was designed,the overall structure and relevant technical features of the supporting equipment were introduced,and the hydraulic prop and its self-lock device and other key structures of the equipment were analyzed.The safety and performance testing results from prototyping test and National Safety Production Mining Equipment Testing Center showed that all the performances of the supporting equipment could meet the designing requirements and national coal mine safety standard regulations.
