摩擦式提升机制动力矩闭环调节方案研究与设计 被引量:2

摘要 摩擦式提升机作为位能负载旋转机械,存在启动过程倒车、终端停车位置不准确、甚至重载下放等隐患性问题,本文研究了以提升负荷转矩、电磁转矩、提升方向、实际速度和给定速度差值信号为参量的制动力矩闭环调节方案,具有实时控制性强、柔性跟踪及时等特点,能够有效提升摩擦式提升机控制的精确性和可靠性,适用于各种控制模式的摩擦式提升机。 As a kind of potential energy load rotating machine,mine friction winder had many hidden dangers problems,such as back up at the start-up process,inaccurate terminal stop position and heavy-load fall,the authors studied a closed-loop regulation scheme of retarding torque taking hoisting load torque,electromagnetic torque,hoisting direction and difference value signal of actual speed and datum speed as parameters,which had great real-time controllability,timely flexible tracking characteristics,and the scheme could effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of mine friction winder control,and it was suitable for various kinds of control modes of mine friction winder.
