水煤浆分散剂作用的等温吸附模型研究

摘要 D'Arcy-Watt等温吸附模型对煤样的吸附水行为有较高的拟合精度,通过模型的计算,可以从一个新的角度分析水煤浆分散剂的作用机理。研究结果表明,华亭煤样吸附分散剂前和吸附分散剂后煤样的第一层吸附量、第二层吸附量以及总吸附量都明显大于张家峁煤样的吸附量,从而减少了自由水含量,使华亭煤样成浆性变差;张家峁煤样的第一层吸附水密度增加的较多,所以张家峁煤样形成了更加致密的水化膜,成浆性更好,吸附分散剂后煤样的第二层吸附与原煤大体相同或略小于原煤的吸附量。 The D'Arcy-Watt isothermal adsorption model has a higher fitting precision for the adsorption water behavior of coal samples.Through the calculation of the model,the mechanism of the dispersant effect of coal water slurry can be analyzed from a new perspective.The results showed that the capacities of the primary site adsorption,the secondary site adsorption and the total adsorption of Huating coal samples before and after adsorption of dispersant were higher than that of Zhangjiamao coal.Thus the free water content was reduced and the slurryability of Huating coal was worse.The water density of the primary site adsorption of Zhangjiamao coal increased more,so the water film was more compact for Zhangjiamao coal whose slurryability was better.After the adsorption of dispersant,the secondary site adsorption amount of coal samples were similar or slightly less than that of the raw coal.
