中医体质三个关键科学问题的实证研究概述

Empirical Research Status of Three Key Scientific Issues of Constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine

"体质可分""体病相关"及"体质可调"是中医体质研究的三个关键科学问题,大部分中医体质研究均围绕这三个问题展开。分别从三个关键科学问题的角度综述具有代表性的实证研究成果,并总结其研究进展中存在的问题。在体质可分研究方面,大样本流行病学研究多针对体检人员,对兼夹体质分类的研究较少;在体病相关研究方面,常见单一疾病人群体质类型分析,多种疾病、多种结局指标及多个相似研究的系统综述类研究应进一步加强;在体质可调研究方面,已见目标、方法、结局各异的干预探索,而干预对象数量、干预周期长度、干预强度监测等问题还有待后续研究解决。

＂Separable＂,＂disease-related＂,and ＂adjustable＂are three key scientific issues of constitution in traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,and these three issues are carried out around by most of researches about constitution in TCM. This paper reviewed the representative empirical researches about these three issues. In the aspect of ＂separable＂issue,the large sample of epidemiological studies mostly aimed physical examination people,and there were no plenty of researches about combined constitution. For the issue of ＂disease-related＂,the common researches aimed the relationship between one disease and constitutions,so the multiple diseases,multiple outcome indicators and the systematic review are the good directions of future researches. About the ＂adjustable＂issue,the researches with different targets,methods,and outcomes were not rare,but the number of intervention objects,the length of intervention cycles and the observation of intervention intensity should be noticed in the further studies.
