高固含量低黏度羟基丙烯酸树脂的制备 被引量:3

Preparation of High Solid and Low Viscosity Hydroxyl Acrylic Resin

摘要 分别在采用了单一溶剂二甲苯及二甲苯/正丁醇混合溶剂的两种溶液聚合体系中,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等为聚合单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,合成了两种高固含量、低黏度的羟基丙烯酸树脂,并采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)三聚体分别对这两种羟基丙烯酸树脂进行交联固化。随后对两种羟基丙烯酸树脂的黏度及其固化涂膜的性能分别进行了表征。结果表明:加入正丁醇(作为第二溶剂)可在缩短涂膜的干燥时间,提高涂膜附着力及耐酸碱性能等主要性能指标的同时,显著降低羟基丙烯酸树脂的黏度,使其黏度由1 980 m Pa·s降至850 m Pa·s。通过对聚合反应过程中单体、混合溶剂的比例以及聚合树脂黏度等的调节,成功制备出了固含量高达65%且综合性能较好的羟基丙烯酸树脂。 Two different hydroxyl acrylic resins with high solids and low viscosity were synthesized respectively by solution polymerization in two kinds of solution polymerization system(containing the single solvent dimethylbenzene and the mixed solvent of dimethylbenzene/n-butanol separately), which took the methyl methacrylate(MMA), styrene(St), butyl acrylate(BA), acrylic acid(AA) and hydroxylethyl acrylate(HEA) as the monomers, azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator. Then the two hydroxyl acrylic resins were cured with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) trimer. The viscosity of the hydroxyl acrylic resins and the properties of the crosslinked films were characterized respectively. The results showed that the addition of n-butanol(as the second solvent) decreased the drying time, and improved the adhesion and the resistance of acid and alkali of the coating films, meanwhile, significantly decreased the viscosity of hydroxyl acrylic resins(from 1 980 m Pa·s to 850 m Pa·s). The hydroxyl acrylic resins with high solids(65%) and good comprehensive properties were successfully prepared by adjusting the monomer ratio, the proportion of mixed solvents and the viscosity of the resins.
