PHA/MWCNTs复合材料的制备及力学性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 将两种多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),非极性MWCNTs和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-g-GMA),分别与聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)共混制备PHA/MWCNTs复合材料,同时探究了MWCNTs对聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)的改性效果。结果表明:随着MWCNTs含量的增加,两种PHA/MWCNTs复合材料的断裂功均先增大后减小,同时,PHA/非极性MWCNTs复合材料的屈服强度近似线性增长,而PHA/MWCNTs-g-GMA复合材料则近似指数增长。随着MWCNTs含量的增加,两种复合材料的结晶度也有所改善,其中MWCNTs-g-GMA的添加对PHA结晶的影响较大,当MWCNTs-g-GMA含量为0.1%时,复合材料的结晶度较纯样增大了9.16%。此外,两种MWCNTs均与PHA具有良好的相容性。 The two kinds of PHA/MWCNTs composites were prepared by blending non-polar MWCNTs and MWCNTs-g-GMA with PHA respectively, and the effects of MWCNTs on modification of PHA were studied. The results show that: with the increase of MWCNTs content, the fracture work of the two kinds of PHA/MWCNTs composites increases first and then decreases, and the yield strength of PHA/non-polar MWCNTs composites increases nearly linearly, while the PHA/MWCNTs-g-GMA composites increases exponentially. The crystallinity of the two kinds of PHA/MWCNTs composites improves with the increase of MWCNTs content, and the addition of MWCNTs-g-GMA has significant influence on the crystallization of PHA. When the MWCNTsg-GMA content is 0.1%, the crystallinity of the composites increased by 9.16% than that of the pure samples. Moreover, the two kinds of MWCNTs have good compatibility with PHA.
