摘要
基于国家标准、生产许可证要求及其他质量关注热点,重点分析了新型高强度纸杯的渗漏性能、杯身挺度、溶剂残留量、总迁移量及重金属、荧光增白剂、增塑剂等项目,并对其在食品模拟液(4%的乙酸溶液)中的总迁移量随加热温度的变化规律进行了研究,提出了提高产品质量的应对措施,建议对标准进行修订,建立食品包装用纸杯的质量安全评价体系,发展绿色包装。
Based on the national standards, production license requirements and other quality hot spot, the typical projects, such as leakage performance, cup body stiffness, solvent residual amount, total migration amount, the content of heavy metal, fluorescent whitening agent and plasticizer of a new high strength paper cup were focused on. The variation regularity of total migration in food simulation solution(4% acetic acid) versus heating temperature were studied, and the countermeasures to improve the quality of products were put forward as follows: revise the standard system, establish quality and safety evaluation system for food packing paper cups, and develop green packaging.
