一种复方氯己定碘消毒液的消毒性能观察

Observation on germicidal efficacy of a compound disinfectant of chlorhexidine acetate and povidone iodine

目的观察一种醋酸氯己定碘复方消毒液的消毒效果和毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该复方消毒剂消毒性能进行观察。结果该复方消毒剂含醋酸氯己定2 100 mg/L、有效碘2 120 mg/L。以该消毒剂原液作用0.5 min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00,对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。使用该复方消毒液原液对前臂皮肤擦拭消毒作用1 min,对皮肤表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.00。该复方消毒液对小鼠经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/(kg·bw);对完整皮肤和眼黏膜无刺激性;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论该复方消毒液具有快速杀灭细菌繁殖体和真菌的作用,属于无毒级物质,对皮肤黏膜无刺激性。

Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxcity of the compound disinfectant of chlorhexidine acetate and povidone iodine. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used in this research. Results The compound disinfection contains chlorhexidine acetate 2. 1 g/L,available iodine 2. 12 g/L. The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the stock solution were all above 5. 00 while that of Candida albicans was above 4. 00 for 0. 5 min. After acting for 1 min for skin,the killing logarithm values of natural bacteria was above 1. 00 for the stock solution above. The oral toxicity LD50 of the disinfection solution for mice was above 5 000 mg/（ kg·bw）. The acute skin irritation test and the eye irritation test in rabbit showed that the stock solution had no irritation and the result of the bone marrow micronucleus test in mice was negative. Conclusion This compound disinfectant is high-efficiency and with toxicological safety. And it has no irritation to skin and mucosa.
