变电站内10kV低压侧设备大多采用中置手车式开关柜。线路改造或新线路投运前,需要进行核相。核相试验属于带电作业,危险程度高,安全措施至关重要。此文据此研制出一种安全、通用、便捷的挡板开启工具,大大提高了核相工作的安全性,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,在实际工作中得到了广泛的应用。

10kV low-voltage side equipment in a substation mostly adopts a handcart switchgear.Before line modification or new line is put into operation,it is necessary to verify phase sequence.Phase sequence test requires live line work of high risk,and it＇s very important to take safety measures.This paper introduces a safe and convenient baffle opening tool for general use,which greatly improves the safety of the phase sequence test,reduces the labor intensity of the staff,improves working efficiency,and obtains a wide application in practical work.
