特高压输电线路运维培训探究

Study on Training of Operation and Maintenance of Ultra-high Voltage Transmission Lines

近年来,随着国网公司特高压输电线路建设进程不断加快,公司从事特高压输电线路运维工作的人员数量持续增长。如何有针对性的对特高压输电线路运维人员的进行有效的培训成为培训项目研究开发的新课题,此文对特高压输电线路运维工作的一些新特点进行了总结分析,初步设定了特高压运维人员的岗位职责,并通过对特高压输电线路运维人员组成成分、培训需求的现场调研,就如何进行特高压输电线路运维人员分级分类培训提出了自己的想法和建议。

In recent years,with the continuous construction process of UHV transmission lines of State Grid Corporation,the number of personnel engaged in the operation and maintenance of UHV transmission lines has continued to grow.How to carry out effective training on operation and maintenance personnel of UHV transmission lines has become the new topic in training program.This paper summarizes some new features of operation and maintenance of UHV transmission lines,and has initially established the job responsibility of UHV operation and maintenance personnel.Through the site research of composition and training requirements,the paper puts forward the ideas and suggestions on how to carry out the classification training for the operation and maintenance personnel of UHV transmission lines.
